We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing & Commerce Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team as an independent consultant. This role requires a professional with deep expertise in enterprise environments and strong customer-facing and consultative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary SME for Salesforce Marketing and Commerce Cloud solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to stakeholders, ensuring best-in-class implementations that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Marketing and Commerce Cloud solutions.
  • Engage in client-facing activities, including workshops, strategy sessions, and solution presentations, to deliver high-impact consulting services.
  • Offer insights and recommendations on best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Lead or participate in end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to delivery and post-implementation support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing and Commerce Cloud architecture.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to client teams on Salesforce Marketing and Commerce Cloud functionalities.

 Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) with Salesforce Marketing and Commerce Cloud solutions, preferably in large, enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise in customer-facing roles , with a strong focus on consultative and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and ability to design scalable solutions for complex organizations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing strategies, eCommerce solutions, and personalization tools within Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, including APIs and third-party systems.
  • Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud (highly preferred).
