About this Opportunity:
Join the Apple Store Online team to enhance the online shopping experience for customers. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and evolving our eCommerce platform, particularly focusing on payment systems and affordability programs.

The Opportunity for You:

  • Payments: Lead the migration to a new payments platform and integrate additional payment methods for ASO. Gain deep insights into payment systems and oversee front-end enhancements to improve the customer checkout experience. Manage a variety of projects, including integrating new payment options, ensuring an engaging and dynamic role.

Key Success Factors:

  1. Product Management Experience: 5+ years in product management with a strong track record of delivering successful eCommerce solutions. 0-1 launch and technical payments expertise is needed to be successful in this position.
  2. Front-End E-Commerce Expertise: Proven experience managing front-end e-commerce projects, focusing on user experience and interface enhancements.
  3. Payments: Experience with payments systems, checkout processes, credit card transactions, and financing programs.

Nice to Haves:

  1. Payments Flow Knowledge: Understanding of how payment systems operate and integrate within an eCommerce environment.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  3. Fortune 500 Experience: Experience working in a Fortune 500 company, providing a background in large-scale, complex environments.
