Title: Product Operations Project Manager
Location: Menlo Park, CA / New York, NY / Washington, DC / Seattle, WA
Duration: 6 months, potential to extend
Compensation: $76-96/hr

Skillset / Experience: Product Operations Project Manager
In this role, you will be integral to ensuring product and user safety across platforms, working closely with Product & Regulatory Operations. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional teams to address high-impact priorities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of project and program management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in global stakeholder engagement. This position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on project execution capabilities, as you’ll drive projects that promote growth, engagement, and quality across our client’s products.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Define project scope, develop plans, execute and monitor progress, drive compliance, and manage risk for various programs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure concise, persuasive communication and collaboration across teams, including handling escalations, performing root cause analysis, and providing business recommendations.
- Strategic Support: Identify strategy, system, and process gaps that could impact scalability and develop solutions for sustainable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective responses to evolving project requirements and priorities.
- Analytical Expertise: Leverage large data sets and advanced analytical tools to drive insights, improve operations, and support investigative needs.
- Adaptability and Crisis Management: Respond to changing requirements with agility, prioritizing escalation requests effectively and maintaining composure under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a tech company, consulting, or similar operational role with a focus on enhancing customer experience through innovation.
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management within a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- Proficient with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to support reporting and decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and leading projects to successful completion.
