Title: Accounting Support (Expense Report Processor)
Location: Richardson, TX 75080
Duration: Contract to Hire 
Compensation: $22.50hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

  • Relevant expense report knowledge
  • Onsite Mond through Thur – remote on Friday
  • 8 am-5 pm – Weekly Pay! 

Job Summary:
We seek a detail-oriented and organized Expense Report Processor to join our Financial Shared Services – Expense Reporting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing employee expense reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of expense management processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • Ensure expenses are coded correctly according to company defined expense types and account mapping
  • Communicate with employees to resolve any discrepancies or missing information in their expense reports
  • Process approved expense reports for payment, ensuring timely reimbursement
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to travel and expense management
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding expense report policies and reimbursement
  • status in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in expense management, accounts payable, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience working with SAP Concur expense reporting application is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
