Title: IT Program Manager
Location: 4 days a week on site in Fort Worth, Tx
Duration: 6-12 months with potential to extend

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and oversee our mobile development projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful execution of mobile initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile application development, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team management.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple mobile development projects. Ensure milestones are met and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with mobile developers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance, and other technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate collaboration across departments, including marketing, sales, and support.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders. Communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.

Agile Leadership: Drive Agile practices within the mobile development team. Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to optimize team productivity and ensure continuous improvement.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify, document, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.

Resource Management: Manage resource allocation for mobile development projects, balancing team workload and ensuring optimal use of resources.

Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with testing teams to address issues and maintain standards.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine processes for efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging best practices in program and project management for mobile development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of program/project management experience in IT, with a focus on mobile application development.
- Strong knowledge of mobile development platforms (iOS, Android) and familiarity with technologies used in mobile applications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Proficient in stakeholder communication, risk management, and resource planning.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles in mobile applications.
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment for mobile apps.
- Certifications in PMP, ScrumMaster, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
- Airline industry experience is a plus.
