Title: Financial Accounting Support Analyst
Location: Hybrid out of San Antonio, Texas
Duration: Initial 6 months with extension
Compensation: $30.00-35.00/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

• Identify and application of CASB principles to existing business processes
• Audit coordination and data aggregation for OMBP response
• DCAA
• BT
• PWCO
• Review Balance sheet accounts
• Cash Account Management
• Variance identification – resolution
• Payroll Accounting Support
• Euro Kons file – adjustments to Persema accounting file to accurately record pension, travel, and payroll adjustments
• Provide oversight to the payroll balance sheet accounts and provide guidance to Payroll/Reconciliation teams in clearing aging items and the relationship of aged items to payroll adjustments
• OnBase vendor schedule support
• Provide oversight to the use of vendor record files to include building recurring vendor templates and ensuring that expenses are being charged appropriately according to where funds are budgeted
• Control of addition/changes to existing vendors within OnBase to be used by various teams for importing of invoices
