ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
The Infrastructure Tools Team is responsible for building and maintaining tools that are essential for Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) and engineers across the organization. The team primarily develops applications using Golang for backend services and react for frontend interfaces. The role involves a combination of Site Reliability Engineering tasks and infrastructure operations, including on-call support to ensure the functionality of a monitoring platform. This position requires close collaboration with the development team to support and enhance the tools used company wide.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
In this role, you will develop robust internal tools for SREs and engineers, utilizing Go and Java to build scalable enterprise applications. You will manage technical products from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements, and build and deploy applications on Kubernetes. Additionally, you will implement comprehensive QA and testing protocols, create clear documentation, and communicate effectively with multiple business and technical teams.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)

• Mid-Level experience (3+yrs) with Go and Java programming and building enterprise applications.
  • Experience building internal tools for SREs and developers working in production environments at massive scale.
• Experience building and deploying applications on Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams
  • Able to write clear and consumable documentation
  • Proven ability to self-start, balance priorities, and work independently.
