Job Description: Summary:
The SBG (Small Business Group) Marketing Science team focuses on empowering businesses to reach their full potential by understanding, measuring, and optimizing advertiser value. This role supports the business by assessing competency and the impact of learning moments.

Key Responsibilities/Projects:
A. Competency Assessment
The Competency Assessment is a measurable holistic assessment conducted globally on a bi-annual basis.
This includes:
Facilitating ongoing progress tracking, including updating questions and setup, distributing the assessment, monitoring data collection and response rates, and scheduling reminders
Refreshing distribution lists to ensure accurate outreach
Compiling survey results with relevant data cuts and generating actionable insights and recommendations
Establishing baselines, identifying minimum attainment percentages
Additional relevant analyses, to help us pinpoint key components that most significantly impact business outcomes and create a universal competency score

B. Standardised measurement of training efforts
Develop and implement a standardized process to evaluate the effectiveness of 'Train the Trainer' efforts.
This includes:
Identifying the appropriate measurement methodology
Creating an implementation plan for consistent application across trainings
Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution

C. Understand advertiser needs
Conduct research to gain deeper insights into advertiser needs, including:
Exploring various methods to better understand specific advertiser needs and expectations
Conducting research through surveys, call listening, roundtables, expert panels, or similar approaches.
Compiling findings and generating actionable insights and recommendations.

D. Ramp to productivity
Enhance the measurement of new hire performance by focusing on the following:
Defining the criteria for a "sufficient level of productivity."
Evaluating the time required to reach this level of productivity
Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of tools such as a ramp scorecard

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as market or media research, or equivalent practical experience
Experience conducting survey research (e.g. Survey designs and implementation)
Experience in working with large datasets and using SQL or similar tools for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with digital advertising measurement methods and technologies beyond pure correlation (e.g. regression)
Experience with causal inference preferred but not required
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent ability to work collaboratively
Ability to embrace ambiguity
