Title: Program Coordinator II
Location: Menlo Park, CA 
Duration: 6 Months + Extensions 
Compensation: $20.00 – $35.00/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator II to oversee a comprehensive onboarding program for a rapidly growing technical team (500+ new engineers). This role involves managing schedules, tracking attendance, coordinating speakers, and ensuring the successful rollout of large-scale training and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and deadlines for all deliverables
  • Monitor team progress and provide status updates to leadership
  • Assist in preparing progress and planning documentation as needed
  • Attend meetings (internal and client-facing) related to program coordination
  • Report progress, challenges, and roadblocks to leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for all projects

Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience (G Suite or similar tools)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • General computer operating knowledge and genuine interest in technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Experience managing new-hire onboarding/bootcamp programs
  • Program management of large-scale coaching/training sessions
  • Development and implementation of large-scale education programs
  • Technical leadership capabilities with strong communication skills:
    • Effective written communication to convey complex ideas
    • Excellent verbal communication to engage and motivate teams

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have Skills):

  • Previous project coordination experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Proven experience working with large groups of technical professionals
  • Ability to adapt to a multi-skilled role requiring flexibility and versatility
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cater to diverse learning needs
  • Experience at large tech companies or managing teams in complex technical settings
