Title: Change Management Leader
Location: Portland, OR. Hybrid, onsite.
Duration: 6 month contract to start
Compensation: $70-110 per hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Project Background: There are lots of changes happening within the organization and are looking for someone to help build change plans based on the org charges that will impact client employees as well as enterprise partners. Primary stakeholders will be executive leadership. In addition to this senior-level work, there is an active program that could use some change management overview. Work is required to be all on-site so someone based in Portland or the surrounding area would be best. Client is not interested in a team, just one person.

Roles and Responsibilities: The client is going through significant changes. CIO has departed, and as a result, there has been an inability to delivery results. They need a highly qualified OCM leadership to build change plans based on org change they are making which impact the team.
This role will interact with executive leadership across the organization.
Beyond working at a more strategic level of building change plans and executive partnership there will be coaching to a more tactical internal Change Mgr. who should be able to take on the delivery of the change – partner to our resource.
