Location: Dallas, TX (75219)- hybrid 3 days per week

Pay: $135,000

The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for a Manager, Network Services to join our US team. In this hybrid role, you will work a minimum of 3 days a week onsite in Dallas, TX.
What you will do:
- Lead weekly operational calls with clients to discuss network performance and issues.
- Participate in QBR meetings with clients to discuss network performance, service levels, and key metrics.
- Assist on design and implementation oversight, and maintenance of client network infrastructure.
- Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians across the globe, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure that network-related issues/services requests reported via ticketing systems are prioritized, assigned, and resolved efficiently.
- Coordinate network related projects and ensure alignment with client timelines.
- Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Coordinate the handover of completed client onboarding to the support team, ensuring they have all necessary documentation, training, and resources
- Drive technical performance metrics, address trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain documentation of network configuration standards and procedures.
- Collaborate on strategic planning for network expansions and upgrades.
- Provide on-call support and perform other duties as assigned
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
- Networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) and ITIL certification or training equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in network operations, engineering, or management.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Extensive network design experience, including scalable and resilient architectures.
- Excellent knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies.
- Experience with next generation firewalls (NGFW) such as Palo Alto or FortiGate.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Understanding of network security principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder relationships.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Business acumen to align network services with client needs.
- Commitment to ongoing learning of industry trends and technologies.
