Role: Network Operations Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (75219)- hybrid 3 days per week

Pay: $135,000

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity for a Manager, Network Services to join our US team. In this hybrid role, you will work a minimum of 3 days a week onsite in Dallas, TX.

What you will do:

• Lead weekly operational calls with clients to discuss network performance and issues.
• Participate in QBR meetings with clients to discuss network performance, service levels, and key metrics.
• Assist on design and implementation oversight, and maintenance of client network infrastructure.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians across the globe, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure that network-related issues/services requests reported via ticketing systems are prioritized, assigned, and resolved efficiently.
• Coordinate network related projects and ensure alignment with client timelines.
• Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
• Coordinate the handover of completed client onboarding to the support team, ensuring they have all necessary documentation, training, and resources
• Drive technical performance metrics, address trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain documentation of network configuration standards and procedures.
• Collaborate on strategic planning for network expansions and upgrades.
• Provide on-call support and perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
• Networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) and ITIL certification or training equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in network operations, engineering, or management.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Extensive network design experience, including scalable and resilient architectures.
• Excellent knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies.
• Experience with next generation firewalls (NGFW) such as Palo Alto or FortiGate.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of network security principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder relationships.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Business acumen to align network services with client needs.
• Commitment to ongoing learning of industry trends and technologies.
