ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The IS&T Configuration Team for tv+ and Music is seeking an Airtable Engineer to support the development, implementation, and documentation of Airtable Low Code solutions. This role requires an extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and empathetic person who is comfortable working in a

fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with experience in Airtable implementations and can work cross-functionally. They will need to have clear and effective communication skills and be able to work well with teams across our business.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Supporting the Program Manager with Airtable builds, testing, and maintenance
• Assisting in deployment of Airtable processes and workflows across teams
• Developing documentation and training materials for new processes and workflows
• Leading training sessions, and acting as point of contact for user feedback and questions
• Monitoring quality of tools to ensure all business requirements are met
• Managing and tracking any bugs and identifying missing functionalities
• Validating product in both test and production environments
• Supporting in authenticating the functionality of a build
• Intaking new use cases and validating for limitations and security requirements
• Working with end-users to provide good business partnership that keeps them happy and working efficiently

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 2+ years hands-on Airtable development or other low code application development
• Experience deploying UAT plans and tracking key project milestones, deadlines, and statuses
• Experience testing and implementing workflow management systems or software

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Airtable scripting and advanced formulas, or the willingness to learn these concepts is preferred.
• Experience in the media, entertainment, television or streaming space is preferred .
