Title: Chief of Staff
Location: San Jose, CA – 2 Days a week onsite
Duration: 18 Month Contract
Compensation: $60-$68.80 HR
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience: Prior experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational execution
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CMO or another high-level executive to help manage their workload, priorities, and initiatives.
Experience:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a Chief of Staff role, with a proven track record of success.
· Experience working in a similar industry or with similar organizational challenges can be highly beneficial.
· Prior experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational execution
Skills:
· Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
· Strategic thinking and an ability to see the big picture.
· The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
· Advanced project management skills.
· Proficiency with business software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar, and potentially project management tools.
Duties:
· Facilitating communication between staff, management, and other stakeholders.
· Managing the executive's schedule and ensuring they are prepared for meetings, events, and other obligations.
· Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
· Serving as a liaison to senior management teams; organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts.

Other Requirements:
· Travel may be required depending on the nature of the business and the scope of the role.
· The ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed to support the executive's schedule and organizational needs.
· Keeps abreast of external/industry best practices and brings back learnings to the team
· Able to build rapport via virtual channels and comfortable with video and cloud tools
