Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Jr Agile Team Lead with a strong background in business transformation and Agile coaching to drive significant change and transformation within our organization. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership teams in the financial services, banking, and capital markets sectors to accelerate the adoption and execution of Agile methodologies. You will be instrumental in helping our teams build and execute the Enterprise Agile Playbook, driving both cultural and operational shifts that promote agility at scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Agile Coaching & Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to cross-functional teams, including leadership, managers, and Scrum teams, to cultivate a deep understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies.

Business Transformation Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a business transformation strategy, aligning Agile practices with organizational goals and enabling growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Enterprise Agile Adoption: Lead the implementation and evolution of an Enterprise Agile Playbook that drives consistency and agility across multiple teams and departments. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure effective communication and collaboration, and champion Agile principles at all levels.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment, ensuring that Agile principles are understood and adopted in the context of business and strategic goals, particularly within the financial services and banking sectors.

Performance Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across the organization by identifying and addressing gaps, enabling teams to optimize their processes and outcomes.

Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts, assisting with overcoming resistance to new Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability.

Agile Frameworks Implementation: Guide teams in adopting appropriate Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) tailored to their specific needs, and ensure these frameworks are implemented effectively to achieve optimal results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Enterprise Agile Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and scaling Agile practices in large, complex organizations. Proven ability to coach and guide teams at all levels, including executives, in Agile principles and frameworks.

Business Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence large-scale business transformation efforts, particularly in the financial services, banking, and capital markets sectors. Strong track record of driving change initiatives that align with strategic business goals.

Agile Coaching Expertise: Hands-on experience coaching and mentoring teams and leaders in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), with a focus on sustainable, long-term cultural and organizational change.

Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior business and IT leaders to drive change.

Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to think strategically and provide practical, actionable advice on Agile practices, business transformation, and organizational improvement.

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), etc.).

Experience in financial services, banking, or capital markets sectors, with a deep understanding of the specific challenges and dynamics in these industries.

Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne).

Experience with large-scale Agile transformations in global organizations.
