Role: Corporate Learning Instructor
Location: DFW, Tx 
Rate: $65-70/hour

Duration: Ongoing Contract
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Class Facilitation for leadership
· Starting in April
· Must be able to work independently
· 4 classes per week
· Total of 33 weeks through the end of 2025

  • Classes will be half day or whole day, so they will facilitate one or two classes per day
  • Required to be on-site to facilitate one or two days per week

Facilitation & Training:

  • Strong classroom facilitation skills for leadership development.
  • Ability to engage and train leaders from both operational and corporate teams.
  • Experience delivering interactive, skill-based training sessions.
  • Ability to facilitate half-day and full-day in-person classes for groups of around 30 participants.
  • Expertise in topics such as effective communication, collaboration, inclusivity, and performance-driven leadership.

Leadership & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership development and facilitation.
  • Experience working with large organizations, with industry-specific experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of leadership attributes and best practices in corporate and operational environments.

Independence & Time Management:

  • Ability to work independently while managing a structured training schedule.
  • Comfortable facilitating four classes per week over a 33-week period through 2025.
  • Must be on-site one to two days per week for facilitation.

Onboarding & Preparation:

  • Must complete a 4-day onboarding and content preparation program with Corporate Training.
  • Ability to quickly grasp training materials and deliver high-impact learning experiences.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training delivery to different leadership levels and learning styles.
  • Passion for developing leaders and fostering a positive learning environment.
