Position: Technical Coordinator
Location: Burbank, CA – 4x onsite, 1x remote – Friday
Duration: 12 months
Compensation: $40/hr. – $49/hr.
Work Authorization: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S.
Description/Comment:
- Assist Avid Manager and Project Manager(s) with project planning and resource allocation.
- Work with Avid Manager to assign tickets and escalate to leadership when necessary
- Communicate with Production users on ticket status, intake, follow up and scheduling
- Update communication channels with status on production tickets, open issues and requests
- Schedule resources and send out invites for awareness for scheduled tasks and support items
- Watch the Ticket queue through Jira Service Manager to ensure tickets are getting responded to, and escalate to leadership before SLA is breached
- Work with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Managers (as needed) to coordinate and schedule calls for projects – specifically when leadership is required (Director and above).
- Assist by ensuring all respective Project Manager / Program Manager
- teams are tracking or have completed tasks tied to prescribed dates for Avid tasks and projects
- Assist with communicating and requesting resources across teams when additional support is needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ticketing/service desk tools (Sysaid, JSM, Service Now)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management & communication tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Teams)
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Relevant experience3
