Position: Technical Coordinator
Location: Burbank, CA – 4x onsite, 1x remote – Friday
Duration: 12 months 
Compensation: $40/hr. – $49/hr. 
Work Authorization: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S.

Description/Comment:

• Assist Avid Manager and Project Manager(s) with project planning and resource allocation.
• Work with Avid Manager to assign tickets and escalate to leadership when necessary
• Communicate with Production users on ticket status, intake, follow up and scheduling
• Update communication channels with status on production tickets, open issues and requests
• Schedule resources and send out invites for awareness for scheduled tasks and support items
• Watch the Ticket queue through Jira Service Manager to ensure tickets are getting responded to, and escalate to leadership before SLA is breached
• Work with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Managers (as needed) to coordinate and schedule calls for projects – specifically when leadership is required (Director and above).
• Assist by ensuring all respective Project Manager / Program Manager
• teams are tracking or have completed tasks tied to prescribed dates for Avid tasks and projects
• Assist with communicating and requesting resources across teams when additional support is needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing/service desk tools (Sysaid, JSM, Service Now)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management & communication tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Teams)

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Relevant experience3
