Title: L&D Development Specialist III
Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US) – Preference for Bay Area
Duration: 34 Weeks, 3 Days
Compensation: $48.00 – $68.00/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

L&D Development Specialist III
The People Development team plays a critical role in ensuring employees have the tools and learning opportunities needed to maximize their impact and grow professionally. This role will focus on managing multiple projects and working with a global team to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate is an expert project manager with a strong aptitude for data management, process optimization, and systems-building.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage dynamic project plans using a systems-thinking approach
- Define project strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Independently manage high-priority, real-time project builds
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for teamwide use
- Optimize existing processes for consistency and efficiency
- Conduct data analysis from multiple sources and synthesize insights
- Run ad hoc reports and generate basic charts, tables, and visualizations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address data needs and process improvements
- Define and manage data processes and systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Cornerstone, Chronus, etc.)
- Identify opportunities for data-driven solutions and improvements
- Train team members and partners on self-service data access
- Develop user-friendly documentation for data processes
- Draft communication updates for projects and events
- Plan and execute program operations, supporting leadership development initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of project/program management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering organized results
- Experience in data management, systems analysis, and reporting
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets) and project management tools
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and workbooks
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management (PMP/PMI) certification
- Experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Effectiveness
- Familiarity with LMS platforms
- Experience with Workday and/or Salesforce
