Title: Third Party Risk Manager (Enterprise Financial Services)
Location Options: Tempe, AZ (hybrid, 2 days on-site)
Duration: 4+ month contract
Compensation: $35-43/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Support production of TPRM Program reporting and TPRM department.
Manage production of Tableau based weekly scorecard for AP, Sourcing, TPRM and other scheduled reports.
Perform analysis and research data as needed to address the Operational needs.
Third-Party Risk Management spans the Americas, and this team is key to the success of the program. This position requires TPRM experience and is a hybrid position (2 days in office and 3 days remote). Securities experience would be a plus.
- Ensures that all Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policies & Procedures are adhered to in the execution of the program throughout the full TPRM Lifecycle.
- Primary TPRM support partner for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Unit Risk Managers (BURMs), and BU Management.
- Support Strategic Planning execution for First Line of Defense (FLOD) TPRM.
- Responsible for addressing, documenting and escalating Trigger Events for their assigned Engagements.
- Execute activities to support TPRM metrics & reporting, providing insight into third party activity and performance for business unit executives and management committees.
- Provide oversight for outsourced TPM activities – ensuring compliance with expected performance and contractual terms and SLAs.

- Support SMEs with activities required to conduct SME assessments
Role:
- Managing vendors through the lifecycle stages of TPRM program
- Responsible for managing vendors – risks assessments, working with SMEs to get risk assessments performed on vendors, working with business units across the bank.
- Follow up on items that need to be addressed.
- Identify and mitigate risk, find red flags in assessments.
