Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote US preference for EST
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Compensation: $50-70/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Job Description:
The Compliance, Ethics, and Learning Programs team is responsible for designing and developing trainings that cater to the company's diverse needs. They create engaging and informative content that empowers employees to make informed decisions and uphold the clients values.
As a member of the CELP team, you support your lead in governing all compliance and ethics learnings and developments launched. Our primary objective is to limit mandatory learning time for employees and ensuring full adherence to policies and regulations.
By carefully evaluating and filtering requests, we can optimize the learning experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. This not only supports our organization's commitment to integrity but also enables employees to focus on their core responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and triage compliance learning requests using internal tools.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and audience review experts to ensure accurate targeting and legal compliance of training content.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to secure necessary approvals for training launches.
• Maintain and update training governance documentation to track training requests and deployments.
• Support and attend weekly meetings to review training requests and progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Support with building out team operations processes in google sheet
Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role preferably in the governance space.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
