ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Retail Online Store team and focus on enhancements to key purchase flow shopping pages. This position requires strong cross- functional and project management skills, business sense and technical curiosity. You should have a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences through innovative solutions. You will partner on driving a large initiative already in progress, helping to influence design solutions, define requirements, oversee development progress, and establish a robust go-live strategy. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, collaborative, highly adaptable, and open to developing deep technical knowledge. It is a great opportunity to work on an important initiative and learn the team culture and ways of working.

For Soft skills, we are seeking someone who can work in an ambigious work enviroment, resilient, wants to learn new set of tools, proactive thinker (you will have to chase down people in the position), someone who's patient, has a positive aatitude , someone who doesn't need their hand held and need little direction.
Communication/ presentation/interpersonal skills are very important. Seeking someoneone who can tailor their pit and presentations based on their audience. Can make presentations for specific audiences, project teams (need to know detailed statuses) and leadership (status updates every week – executive summaries)

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

1. Partner on leading and delivering a project in-progress:

Engage various cross-functional partners to address broad business needs
Consider input and feedback from a variety of partners when making key project
decisions and recommendations
Facilitate regular meetings with partner teams to quickly problem-solve
Understand the technical landscape related to the project to identify solutions
Establish the required next steps to drive the project through development, testing,
and launch
Achieve all project milestones in a timely manner as established by the project
timeline

2. While executing on the project, you will:

Collaborate with a Product Manager peer to ensure success of the project
Prioritize team activities and drive resolution of issues across all areas of the
project
Communicate project status to various partners, up to senior leadership
Advise and carry-out risk assessment and mitigation plans as needed
Prioritize issues and tasks accounting for multiple tracks of intersecting work
Maintain a keen eye for the details while ensuring the overall progress of the
project

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

1. 5+ years of combined experience in Project and Product Management
   • Highly proactive and self-driven; able to move projects forward independently.
   • Strong stakeholder management — understands who to engage, when, and for what purpose.
   • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
   • Skilled in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues.
2. Product Management Expertise
   • Proven experience managing the end-to-end product life cycle, from concept through launch and iteration.
   • Skilled at clarifying and confirming requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
   • Comfortable navigating ambiguous requirements and translating them into clear, actionable product plans.
   • Demonstrated ability to execute efficiently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
3. Customer-Facing Experience
   • Deep understanding of e-commerce, online shopping journeys, and mobile app experiences.
   • Passion for optimizing the customer experience, improving conversion paths, and creating seamless user interactions.
   • Collaborates effectively with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
