We are looking for an upbeat and motived Strategic Account Manager to help us grow one of our top clients. The ideal person for this role will have experience in selling an enterprise account with multiple locations nationally. You will be responsible for executing strategies to expand our presence, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth within the account. Are you IN?

Here’s a little more about the role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the strategic account to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the strategic account, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the delivery team, to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the client’s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, check references and extend offers to qualified candidates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients through on-site meetings and a variety of social events.
  • Contract negotiation with Procurement, HR, Hiring Managers and VMS systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • 1+ years of outside IT Staffing Sales experience with managing executive level relationships.
  • Experience in selling an enterprise account with multiple locations nationally.
  • Developing and maintaining long term client and candidate relationships.
  • Experience with MSP/VMS & Implementation Partners.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, high energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High volume client activity, 15+ meetings a week.
  • Passionate for providing top notch ‘Client Experience’.
