Delivery Manager ‘ Strategic Accounts

We are looking for an upbeat and motived Delivery Manager to support our Strategic Accounts team, driving business forward by matching top talent to opportunities. We are looking for an individual with previous experience placing top talent in Software Engineering skillsets. You will have limitless sales potential as you network and generate qualified candidate leads using your exceptional relationship-building skills. Your role will include developing creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire, and direct hire employment. Are you IN?

Here’s what to expect in this role:

  • Partner with Account Managers to qualify technical requirements with hiring managers and lead the team in relevant search strings.
  • Continuous effort towards building out your leads list out.
  • Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified IT professionals interested in contract, contract to hire, and direct hire employment.
  • Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements.
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates.
  • Prepare resumes for presentation to clients.
  • Coach candidates through the client interview process.
  • Develop, build, and maintain relationships with candidates and consultants, including obtaining leads and referrals.
  • Make proactive calls to build relationships and grow the internal database of cleared candidates.
  • Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, specifically placing top IT talent within the Software Engineering skillsets.
  • Experience recruiting for perm, contract, and contract to hire positions with strict deadlines.
  • Must be internet savvy and have experience with sites like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
  • Experience with at least one or more applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Strong communication, high energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate for providing top notch ‘Customer Experience’.
  • Willing to go on the occasional client meeting/Zoom to help qualify requirements.
