Title: Infor LN Consultant
Location: New Berlin, WI (100% on-site)
Duration: 3-6 Months
Compensation: $100/hr-$150/hr

Job Description:
Techno-functional Business Analyst with Infor ERP LN experience. Applicant should have worked in 3 to 4 complete implementation cycles in similar global companies. Experience in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics functional areas of ERP LN is a must have for this position.
- In depth knowledge of ERP LN 10.7 Manufacturing, Planning, Projects
- Knowledge of LN CloudSuite Automotive, Infor Factory Track will be an advantage.
- Business Process Understanding of client’s organization and industry.
- Identifies clients’ systems, processes, challenges and suggests areas of improvement and presents Business Benefit Analysis.
- Performs Problem solving and Root cause analysis.
- Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience in supporting Large ERP Environment & Adherence to SLA
- Learn & keep updated on the latest business requirements and Product features.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage customer expectations considering current and planned solution capabilities.
- Actively participate in status meetings and escalate issues that need attention by management.
- Willingness to mentor junior staff
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Work directly with customer’s stakeholders to ensure that rationale/value for the project is documented and agreement is reached on how value-based use cases will be implemented.
- Perform detailed gap analysis and write use case test plans.
- Configure the application as per solution design and execute test cases based on the test plan during all phases of testing.
- Organize and conduct customer training to drive adoption.
- Monitor solution stability post-implementation.
- Utilize database queries to investigate application or configuration issues with the knowledge of data models and object relationships.
Required Skills:
- Infor LN Implementation and/or data conversion experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or other managerial position.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Knowledge of ERP LN 10.7 Manufacturing, Planning, Projects, Operations, Sales, and Finance
- Knowledge of LN Cloud Suite, Infor Factory Track will be an advantage
- Understanding end-to-end Business Process between all department
- Identifies systems, processes, challenges, and suggests areas of improvement and presents Business Benefit Analysis.
- Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience in supporting Large ERP Environment & Adherence to SLA
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Office, MS Visio and MS Project) is a strong advantage.
