 Financial Systems Analyst

Location: Remote – The company is located in Tampa, FL but the team is located throughout the US – This role can be carried out from anywhere in the US.

Duration: Permanent – Direct-Hire, Full-Time

Compensation: $75-80k/yr.

Work Requirements: Authorization to work in the United States as a W-2 Employee



  • Perform complex system analysis, design, integration, testing, implementation, maintenance and planning of assigned applications and/or projects.
  • Directly interact with assigned department managers and staff to provide automation services in support of strategic and operational objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, develop and provide appropriate training for managers and users.
  • Ensure development of training materials, production of continuity workbooks, documentation of standard operating procedures and user checklists.
  • Serve as the contact and liaison with user community and vendor.
  • Participate in task forces, focus groups and/or committees as assigned by their supervisor to meet the group objectives.



  • Highschool or GED
  • Minimum of 2+ years information technology / applications experience including build, test, and support of job-related applications or equivalent healthcare/heath related experience.
  • Financial application support and workflow experience required.
  • Operational knowledge of healthcare areas such as nursing, perioperative services, emergency department and support services is preferred. A successful systems analyst must acquire four skills: analytical, technical, managerial and interpersonal.
  • Familiarity with Hyland OnBase is a plus.
