Cindy Bennett
VP of Merger Integration & Acquisitions
Cindy Bennett joined INSPYR Solutions as VP of People Management in 2019. Leveraging her passion for talent management and development, she is responsible for all matters people and culture including employer brand, recruiting, and professional development. Cindy strives to implement innovative approaches to building a first-class employer brand and culture to attract, hire, develop, and retain ideal talent.
Prior to joining INSPYR Solutions, Cindy served in various leadership roles with ManpowerGroup including Director of Performance Optimization, National Director, and most recently Managing Director – Enterprise Accounts Delivery. As Managing Director, she provided strategic direction and implementation for 13 of the company’s largest global accounts delivering IT, engineering, business professional, and marketing talent for clients in the technology, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries resulting in $570 million in revenue. Before joining ManpowerGroup, Cindy served in various roles of increasing responsibility including Recruiting Manager and Business Specialist for COMSYS Information Technology Services which was ultimately acquired by Manpower in 2010.
Milgrim Bello
Vice President of Strategic Marketing
Milgrim Bello serves as the company’s Vice President of Strategic Marketing. Milgrim’s role includes corporate marketing and communications efforts including branding, public/media relations, market research & analysis, content marketing, candidate & client education marketing, social/interactive marketing, social media, internal communications, change management and event planning. She oversees the company’s strategic marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining INSPYR Solutions, Milgrim managed and led a marketing team within the staffing vertical. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Rollins College.
Emily Prno
Sr. Vice President of People
Emily Prno serves as the company’s Senior Vice President of People. Emily’s role includes directing and participating in our internal recruiting and hiring process, along with training and development.
Prior to joining INSPYR Solutions, Emily worked in agency recruiting along with Corporate Recruiting/Management for 10 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lewis University, where she was a collegiate athlete.
Anthony Sammartino
Sr. Vice President, Professional Services
Anthony Sammartino serves as Senior Vice President of the Professional Services Division. He is responsible for complementing the company’s staffing capabilities through dedicated services and establishing additional specialized practices to assist clients with the delivery of their most strategic initiatives. He has also overseen the establishment of partnerships with trusted software companies such as Microsoft, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, and UKG.
Anthony joined INSPYR Solutions in 2010. Prior to his time with INSPYR Solutions, he gained experience in Microsoft Data Analytics technologies through his own consulting firm. He also worked as a consulting professional for a national firm, where he spearheaded numerous project engagements.
Anthony graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional in Data Analytics (MCITP).
Matt Eckert
Chief Revenue Officer
Matt Eckert joined INSPYR Solutions as Executive Vice President – Business Development, North America in 2014. Matt is responsible for leading the business development efforts for all lines of business covering Rochester, New York City, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Southern California and Sacramento markets. Under Matt’s leadership, INSPYR Solutions has improved key financial indicators including Gross Margin Percentage and EBITA.
Prior to joining INSPYR Solutions, he was Principal at UHY Advisors leading their resource solutions practice, focused on talent management solutions around technology, finance, accounting, and internal audit. Previously, Matt was Managing Director for Experis, formerly known as COMSYS, responsible for leading the Houston market with annual revenues of $70 million. Under Matt’s leadership, the Houston market grew 35% and was the top market in the Experis organization peaking at 525 billable consultants.
Michelle Wren
Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Wren joined INSPYR Solutions as Executive Vice President – Delivery in 2014 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in November 2020. She has embraced the changes of the staffing industry over the last 20 years and brings a unique talent to INSPYR Solutions. Michelle’s experience in the staffing industry includes expertise in the Information Technology, finance and accounting, and engineering verticals. In her role at INSPYR Solutions, Michelle is responsible for strategic performance optimization and recruiter productivity.
Drawing upon her entrepreneurial spirit, Michelle started a boutique staffing firm early in her career. Along with her partners, they organically grew the start-up into a thriving operation that was acquired by Metamor, which later became known as COMSYS.
During her successful career with COMSYS, currently known as Experis, Michelle pioneered the Leadership Development Program, leveraging the value a great leadership team contributes to the success of an organization. Recognized as an innovative and inspirational leader, Michelle was the architect of the Common Operating Model which leveraged technology and best practices across the organization. Michelle was later appointed the Ambassador of Integration, driving the seamless transition of the COMSYS and Manpower organizations following the acquisition.
Under her leadership, the Centralized Recruiting Division achieved 70% year over year revenue growth resulting in $150 million in annualized revenue while increasing Gross Margin Percentage and EBITDA.
Gregg Straus
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Gregg Straus serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of INSPYR Solutions. He is a key member of the senior executive leadership team and provides insight and recommendations on both short-term and long-term growth plans. He is known for his uncompromising personal integrity, ethics, and solid leadership, and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Gregg oversees and provides strategic direction to the company’s finance organizations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and strategic development (M&A). He also leads the human resources, IT, and legal teams at INSPYR Solutions.
Gregg brings 25 years of financial and management experience to INSPYR Solutions. He has held various leadership positions with public companies, mid-sized private companies, and “Big 4” public accounting firms. His roles have included Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Senior Vice President of Tax. Gregg earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida. He is a certified public accountant, member of the AICPA and FICPA, and resides in South Florida with his wife and two children.
Kip Wright
Chairman & CEO
Kip Wright serves as Chairman and CEO of INSPYR Solutions. Wright is a staffing industry veteran instrumental in shifting the landscape of the human capital industry. Known as a passionate leader with an innate ability to drive both growth and organizational efficiencies, Wright is responsible for all facets of executive strategy and leadership for the INSPYR Solutions organization.
In his 26-year career, Wright has served in numerous leadership roles with public and private staffing and workforce solution companies. As Senior Vice President of Manpower, North America, he successfully led Manpower’s $2 billion contingent staffing line of business for the United States and Canada. Wright also served as Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup Solutions in North America, which include service offerings of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Talent Based Outsourcing (TBO). Wright joined ManpowerGroup through the acquisition of COMSYS / TAPFIN where he served in several executive roles including Senior Vice President of Managed Solutions, Chief Financial Officer and President of TAPFIN. Wright began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young.
Considered a leader in the field of human capital and workforce fulfillment, Wright is the recipient of numerous awards. He is a five-time recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Staffing 100” award, recognizing the most influential leaders in the staffing industry. Under his direction, TAPFIN became the gold standard for contingent workforce management providers and was the largest global MSP for four years running. TAPFIN has also been recognized by Everest Group as the top performer in the MSP space for the last three years.
Wright carries his business degree from Louisiana State University. He currently serves on the board of Genesys Talent and has participated on numerous other boards, including OnForce and Homemade Gourmet.
