Title: Policy & Protocol Audit Specialist
Pay: 35-45hr
Location: 100% Remote
Policy & Protocol Audit Specialist
This role focuses on ensuring the integrity and compliance of research policies and protocols. The Policy & Protocol Audit Specialist will work closely with Operations, UX Research, Legal, and Privacy partners to ensure that research practices meet compliance and regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, cultivating relationships, and continuously improving audit processes and regulatory response systems. As a key member of the operations team, you will utilize a full range of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills in your day-to-day responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the Global Research Operations team to support and monitor internal audit and regulatory response processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and protocols

Perform administrative duties and support new project initiatives as needed within Research Operations

Manage execution of audit and QA processes, while seeking opportunities to improve and streamline compliance systems

Coordinate communications between internal partners involved in audit processes to ensure smooth, timely hand-offs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
BA/BS degree
-
3+ years of project/program management experience, ideally in a technology company or similar environment

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting

Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders and partners

Proven ability to operate independently, maintain attention to detail, and deliver results in a highly organized manner

Experience understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions

Familiarity with building and maintaining process documentation
