At INSPYR Solutions, we believe in giving back to our communities at a local level as much as possible. Our team works to live up to our Core Values throughout the year by participating in a variety of fundraisers, drives, and volunteer opportunities where we can make a difference by helping others.
WBC Companies of Purpose
We are part of the Women Business Collaborative’s Companies of Purpose program, which focuses on cultivating diverse leadership and promoting equity throughout businesses and their communities. As a Company of Purpose, we have assisted with the WBC’s efforts to collect data for their vital work, we sponsor efforts to champion equity and support women in business, and our Chairman, Kip Wright, is a member of the WBC’s Board of Directors who regularly takes part in WBC events.
Food Drives
We hold annual food drives across all our markets during the holidays to help our local food banks support those in need. We have also held additional drives to aid disaster recovery efforts when the community needed our assistance.
Volunteer Efforts
An important part of giving back and making a contribution is putting our time into helping out. We have regular volunteering opportunities for our teams to get out in the community and do hands-on work that will help others. We regularly volunteer at our local food banks and host cleanups at our community parks for Earth Day and the Great American Cleanup. We feel that it’s important for our team members to connect with our communities and truly be a part of them.
School Supply Drives
Every fall, we hold school supply drives to make sure our local kids have the tools they need to learn and grow. We collect backpacks, paper, folders, writing and coloring supplies, snacks, and all sorts of other items our schools need so the kids can stay on track with their education.
Annual Breast Cancer Research Fundraiser
Each October, we wear pink throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month and raise funds to go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The company matches what our team members donate, doubling our impact and helping further breast cancer research.
Holiday Toy Drives
As part of our annual holiday celebrations, each of our markets collects toys or funds to give to a local charity to help make the holidays special for kids in need. During a time when we reflect on the past year and start looking to the year ahead, it’s the perfect way to round out the year with an activity that will make a big impact in our community.
Wreaths Across America
Our Houston team helps honor our country's fallen heroes each December by participating in National Wreaths Across America Day. The Wreaths Across America nonprofit holds wreath-laying ceremonies at cemeteries throughout the country to remember our veterans and thank them for their sacrifice. Our team is honored to take part in this nationwide ceremony each year.
Educational Efforts
Using our position as a trusted resource in the community, we work to educate and raise awareness about important topics through monthly DEI and wellness articles on our website and in our newsletter, educational cybersecurity, and tech content, and by participating in activities to spotlight various observances such as World Mental Health Day, Heart Month, and more.
Charity Fundraiser Events
Our team participates in a variety of charity events throughout the year that raise funds for scholarships, career programs, and other important causes.
