Title: Spanish Translation / Transcreation Consultant
Location: Addison, TX
Duration: Long term contract

Local candidates only. This role requires onsite work Monday–Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. No exceptions.

Role Overview

Provide English-to-Spanish language translation and marketing transcreation services, along with proofreading and editing support. Work will include a variety of content types such as marketing collateral, text messages, social media posts, crisis communications, educational materials, and video translations for subtitles or voice replacement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Translation (English ↔ Spanish), Communications, or Spanish

• Minimum of 5 years of experience translating and transcreating sales and marketing materials, including crisis communications

• Hands-on experience with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools such as SDL Trados and terminology glossaries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong ability to collaborate within a team while managing multiple projects, channels, and deadlines

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to urgent requests, crisis situations, or process changes
