Compensation: $65.00-$80.00/Hour
Duration: 6 month to start with option to extend or convert to FTE

The Content Production Manager oversees the end-to-end publishing process for thought leadership content, ensuring each piece moves efficiently from ideation to publication.

Responsibilities: 

  • This role manages the production of thought leadership from the compliance stage through timely publication/distribution across digital platforms, monitors inbound content requests to ensure all are vetted and handled, navigates internal systems for content production and tracking, coordinates the creation and review of supporting assets and charts (including editing charts in Excel to meet content standards), and ensures content meets accessibility standards.
  • The manager works closely with several teams: with writers to ensure clean and complete handoff of content to the production stage plus any needed follow-up, with design to ensure all materials are visually engaging and correct, with compliance to ensure content meets regulatory requirements, and with marketing operations digital team to ensure timely and accurate publication/distribution.
  • Incorporating stakeholder feedback and maintaining strict version control are essential responsibilities, ensuring that updates and revisions are accurately tracked and implemented.
  • The manager should champion best practices; suggestions for improvements to the process (including the use of AI) are highly encouraged.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Copilot, and the ability to navigate multiple projects through multiple workstreams efficiently are key to success in this role.
