ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The Retail Technology organization is responsible for the technology our customers and staff interface with across all Retail Stores worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to help build the next generation of Apple Product and technology experiences in our stores. As a Product Manager on our team, you’ll be a part of diverse, and supportive team that ensures our technology fulfills Apple’s vision of enabling employees to deliver the best Retail experience in the world. Partnering with Engineering, Merchandising, Operations, Online, and Marketing teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance the customer experience and optimize business processes in our stores.

During this contract, you will be supporting 2 different teams split up 50/50. On the first team, you will be supporting an expansion project working on consumer financing for retail stores and the e-commerce website working on apple card monthly installments expanding in Australia. Along with integrated financing to pay monthly for all apple products. The second team you will be supporting is working on a 0-1 launch, working on easy pay online ordering that needs to expand to more countries in Asia specific region. Working on what currently exists in the program and what needs to be unlocked moving forward (logistics, financing, payments, etc). Please note, since you will be supporting an Asia specific region, you will have some evening calls with those teams.


THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Design solutions supporting large cross-functional business initiatives that impact many

systems.

  • Represent interests of business and technology through the design, development, and

deployment of new technology and systems.

  • Ensure coordination of funding, release schedules, communicate status, issue resolution,

resource alignment, and quality standards are met.

  • Collaborates with business partners and engineering teams to identify, mobilize, and execute

solutions leading design reviews, feature prioritization, and negotiating features to meet

release schedules.

  • Establish product roadmaps for systems or a portfolio of systems supporting a business

operation.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • 3-7 years of experience as a Product Manager with technical expertise in the consumer space, payments, and digital wallets
  • Prior experience in either the e-commerce sector or retail
  • Writing very detailed requirements, excellent verbal and written communicator, strong and highly motivated individual who excels in communication while partnering with stakeholders and internal leadership

  • Prior Apple experience
