Title: Business Analyst – Business Central Expert
Location: Remote
Duration: 9-12+ month Contract
Compensation: $70.00-85.00/hr.

Required:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Business Central (ERP):
• Finance module is mandatory.
• Sales module experience is a strong plus (both preferred).
• Ability to guide functional design using out-of-the-box Business Central capabilities where possible.

• Discovery sessions for accounting/billing/invoicing revealed:
  • Current finance operations largely manual.
  • Existing systems used mainly as a data repository/final resting place, not trusted as a source of truth.
  • Heavy reconciliation outside the system; manual adjustments are pervasive.
• Strategy: implement requirements using Business Central as close to standard OOTB as possible.
• Change management intent is explicit:
  • Plan is to overhaul processes (not preserve current workflows).
  • “Rewrite how they operate” while preserving required end outputs.
