Title: Customer Service Representative (Fluent in French – Canadian)
Location: Addison, TX 75001
Duration: 12 month + contract with excellent opportunity for extension
Rate: $20 – $25.65 hourly
Job Description:
Targeting someone that is fluent in French (Canadian French). Both written & verbal
- The customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to French-Canadian speaking customers.
- The CSR will be onsite at my client’s headquarters in Addison, TX
- The CSR will be answering emails and calls from consultants who speak French Canadian.
- The CSR will offer support regarding orders as well as processing customer orders and payments.
- The CSR will maintain customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes.
- The CSR will determine/understand customer needs with strong objection/response handling.
- The CSR will manage customer queries/complaints.
