Sr UX Designer

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to support a high-visibility, business-critical initiative. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on design execution, deep user research expertise, and the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly independent, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and experienced designing native Apple platforms.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

In this role, you will lead end-to-end UX design for a highly visible, business-critical initiative with executive exposure, owning everything from early discovery through final delivery. You’ll translate complex business needs into intuitive user experiences by creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and detailed specifications, while grounding your work in strong exploratory and discovery research. You will plan and execute user studies, conduct qualitative usability testing, and rapidly iterate based on insights. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, product, and engineering teams across the U.S. and India, you’ll confidently communicate design rationale and research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. This is an opportunity for an independent, experienced UX designer to have real influence—shaping product direction, informing business decisions, and delivering polished native experiences across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 5+ years of UX Design experience
  • Strong experience designing native applications for MacOS, IOS and iPadOS
  • Proven ability to produce end-to-end UX deliverables, including wireframes, flows, comps, and specs
• Experience in user research , specifically exploratory and discovery research
  • Strong background in qualitative research , usability testing, and rapid iteration
  • Experience managing and executing user studies end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with business leaders and executives
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures (U.S., Austin-based teams, and India)
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
