Location: 100% Remote w/40% Travel

Operational Excellence Manager

Description

• Under general direction, plans and implements process improvement activities in support of this  BioTech best practices
• Supports, leads and coordinates projects to improve performance, quality, efficiency and/or cost
• Establishes and monitors key performance indicators
• Ensures projects are rolled out and delivered according to milestones, budget and other relevant factors
• Coordinates site wide project activities with other sites/functions in global company network
• Coaches on use of re-engineering techniques to drive improvements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
• 5+ years' experience in process management
• Demonstrated success in project management and continuous improvement processes
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

Preferred/Nice to Have:

• Six sigma certification/training
