Job description
The People Development team is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to support the delivery and continuous improvement of core skills development programs for technical and non-technical employees. You will drive program success through hands-on coordination, content development and strategic communications, helping employees build the skills needed to thrive.

Responsibilities
Support the management of learning programs aligned with business priorities.
Translate complex concepts into accessible, learner-friendly formats through iterative feedback and review cycles with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Host live and virtual training sessions, creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for participants.
Support the creation and execution of engagement campaigns, partnering with internal communications teams to craft compelling messaging to promote program awareness and participation.
Apply data-driven methods to assess program impact and suggest improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure learning initiatives support organizational objectives.
Keep thorough documentation and ensure all activities comply with policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Experience hosting live and/or virtual training sessions.
6+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, or a related field.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience with AI and building new (0-1) programs is a plus.

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
Designing and developing training materials (presentations, job aids, activity guides, etc.).
Hosting live and/or virtual training sessions.
Publishing engagement campaigns to drive learner enrollment.

Good to have skills:
Experience creating training on AI or other technical topics
Experience building new (0-1) programs
