About this Featured Opportunity:

As part of the BizOps team, you will solve complex business challenges by immersing yourself in data collection, deriving insights through analysis, and synthesizing findings into clear, compelling recommendations. You will take strategy a step further by persuasively communicating your recommendations to senior-level executives, rolling up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and following through to assess the impact of your work.

In this role, you will provide data-driven insights and problem-solving support, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to tackle strategic and operational challenges. You will work with large, complex datasets from internal systems to design and build analytical solutions, generate meaningful insights, translate them into actionable recommendations, and influence critical business decisions.

The Opportunity for You:

• Build and maintain dashboards and business metrics; communicate insights effectively through clear, executive-ready presentations.
• Leverage data to perform rigorous analysis, design and architect metrics, synthesize information, solve complex problems, and influence business decision-making by presenting insights and market trends.
• Design and implement integrations aligned to business objectives, and develop strategies that support and scale business systems.
• Conduct strategic analysis to optimize business performance and drive execution across products and functions.

Key Success Factors:

• 8+ years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field required.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing large-data sets (millions of rows) using SQL and Python.
  • Strong Python coding experience in data-heavy analytics environments, including writing clean, efficient code for data processing.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines, pulling data from multiple sources independently.
  • Strong SQL expertise, including querying and analyzing very large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with relational and analytical databases such as Postgres (preferred) or Snowflake.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting using tools such as Superset (preferred) Tableau, or Power BI.
• Comfortable working across cloud and infrastructure data (AWS, GCP, data centers)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work self-sufficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results with minimal guidance.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technical findings to senior-level executives.

Nice to Haves:

• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP).
• Familiarity with CloudWatch or similar monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of CPU/GPU infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with data platform or ML infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Background in customer or business analytics.
