ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The Product / Program Manager will join the ASO Product Management team within Fulfillment and Delivery to support capital-funded initiatives that directly impact the online customer experience. This team is responsible for shaping how customers choose to shop across multiple fulfillment and delivery options, including Apple Pickup, immediate delivery, ship-from-store, and ship-to-home (DC fulfillment).

This role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end customer experience on Apple’s online storefront (ASO), ensuring customers see the right fulfillment options based on geography, inventory, and operational capabilities.


THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

A few of the key initiatives you’ll be supporting include:

  1. Core Fulfillment Capabilities

    Identify and optimize which fulfillment options (ship-to-home, Apple Pickup, ship-from-store, etc.) are available by country and region, ensuring Apple’s footprint supports the right customer experiences in the right locations.
  2. Apple-Unique Customer Experiences

    Support differentiated experiences such as gifting, including features like scheduling delivery for a specific date and enhancing premium customer moments.
  3. Omnichannel Customer Experience

    Partner closely with Retail, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless pickup experience, including order readiness, on-time fulfillment, and in-store coordination.
  4. Post-Purchase Experience

    Own and enhance transactional experiences after checkout, including order confirmations, customer communications, order tracking, and proactive status updates throughout the fulfillment lifecycle.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience: experience Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success metrics, Identify customer problems and opportunities through research, data, and stakeholder input, Create and maintain the product roadmap, lign stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and success criteria, etc.
  • Strong Program Management expertise with the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies: experience defining program scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables, manage dependencies between teams and workstreams, drive mitigation plans and contingency strategies, etc.
  • Experience in Fulfillment, Omnichannel, and/or E-commerce environments

NICE TO HAVES

  • Prior Apple experience
