Title: AI Program Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA hybrid on site 3 days per week in midtown
Duration: 6 months contract to hire.
Compensation: $100 to $125 W2 only. No third party candidates please.

Job Description:
The AI Program Lead will drive execution across AI, data, and advanced analytics programs that support revenue growth, audience engagement, monetization, and customer experience across digital and linear properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI programs aligned to business outcomes including monetization, churn reduction, customer journey optimization, and audience engagement
- Partner directly with the SVP to define strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI initiatives within the organization
- Oversee pod-based delivery models including product managers, engineers, technical program managers, and data science teams
- Drive AI solutions across:
- Audience segmentation, traits analysis, and personalization
- Ad sales, marketing, and commercial analytics
- Content metadata ingestion and creative production workflows
- Guide AI readiness efforts including data migration, cleanup, tech debt reduction, and separation-related initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consulting partners to scale delivery
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive stakeholders
Team & Technology Environment
- Product organization of ~50 people and growing
- AI/ML/Data Science organization of 60–80+ professionals actively delivering AI agents, chatbots, and advanced AI products
- Core technologies include Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, SAP (Business Data Cloud), consumer data platforms, and digital analytics supporting DTC and linear properties
Skillset / Experience:
- Director-level experience leading large-scale AI, data, or advanced analytics programs
- Strong strategic leadership with the ability to drive execution in complex, matrixed environments
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- High technical fluency in AI/ML and modern data platforms (hands-on development not required)
- Experience working with consulting partners and scaled delivery models
- Media, entertainment, or consumer-facing digital experience preferred
