Job Title: IOTA Vue Engineer / Industrial Visualization Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IOTA Vue (VUE) expert to design, build, and support modern industrial visualization solutions. This role focuses on creating real-time operational dashboards and process graphics that unify data from multiple industrial and enterprise sources into a single, actionable “pane of glass.”

IOTA Vue is a cloud-based industrial visualization platform and a modern replacement for legacy tools such as PI ProcessBook, while also integrating seamlessly with broader data and BI ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time dashboards, trends, and process graphics using IOTA Vue

• Integrate industrial data sources including AVEVA PI System, Seeq, OPC-UA, and SQL databases

• Build intuitive operational views for monitoring, analysis, and decision-making

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and data teams to contextualize industrial data

• Support integration with enterprise reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau

• Configure and optimize data connectivity across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments

• Maintain and enhance visualization standards, performance, and usability

Technical Environment

• Visualization Platform: IOTA Vue (VUE)

• Industrial Data Sources: AVEVA PI System, OPC-UA, Seeq

• Databases: MS SQL Server

• BI / Analytics (integration): Power BI, Tableau

• Data Types: Real-time streaming, tag-based data, manual data entry

• Advanced Features: 2D/3D engineering model integration, process graphics, trends

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IOTA Vue (VUE)

• Strong background in industrial visualization and real-time operational monitoring

• Experience working with PI System, OPC-UA, SQL-based data sources

• Understanding of industrial data models and process workflows

• Ability to work across cloud and on-prem data environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience replacing or modernizing legacy tools such as PI ProcessBook

• Familiarity integrating visualization platforms with Power BI or Tableau

• Background in manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, or industrial operations

• Experience with 2D/3D visualization or engineering model integration
