Job Summary:
System Manufacturing Managers lead day-to-day operations of manufacturing lines for complex electronic systems. They drive production scheduling, optimize throughput, ensure quality/efficiency targets, and coordinate cross-functional engineering, quality, and supply teams. They manage manufacturing KPIs, solve bottlenecks, implement continuous improvement initiatives, oversee compliance with safety and process standards, and ensure new product introduction (NPI) execution aligns with schedule and quality goals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and line performance metrics.
• Lead teams of engineers/technicians to meet throughput, yield, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with engineering on NPI, line layout, tooling, and process validation.
• Implement lean practices and root cause corrective action processes.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and resource allocation for production lines.
   

Typical Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Engineering/Manufacturing;
• 8+ years in electronics/technology manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
