Global Operations' (GO) focus is on improving the health of our products and helping people understand how to use them through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions. Scaled Operations (SO), within GO, manages the human expertise required for the integrity and experience of our community and business.

Our client is seeking a Technology Program Manager (TPM) role to support our Scaled Operations (SO) with a proven track record of proactively working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategy and direction. 

As part of the strategic focus on integrating AI into operational processes, the Contractor in this role will lead Infrastructure and AI programs to transform how we operate within Scaled Operations. The TPM will be responsible for leading the execution of several large-scale initiatives and will work with various stakeholders including Engineering, Product, Operations, and Vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of community support processes, products, and policies. Drive system design discussions in the Infrastructure and Security domains.

Analyze, map, and redesign internal operational workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains.

Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of technology solutions. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.

Architect end-to-end automation solutions, leading technical design discussions and ensuring technical scalability, robustness, and compliance with standards.

Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems. Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements.

Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics and business impact of automation initiatives to determine where to focus optimization efforts.

Manage cross-functional programs covering a range of products across all lines of the business, driving cross-functional engagement with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Develop playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices to scale successful automations across Scaled Operations.

Skills:

Experience leading medium/large scale technology solution implementation, specifically within automation, AI, or advanced system infrastructure domains.
Demonstrated strategic thinking with analytical and complex problem-solving experience.
Experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application to business process optimization.
Knowledge of software development processes and best practices. Knowledge with project and issue tracking systems.
Track record of operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
hands on in AI – experience and managed AI efficiency program
XFN engineering, product security preffered server archi, cloud infra , SAAS or products management

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
