- As the Global Go-To-Market Manager for Audio, you will play a central role in driving successful product launches, sustaining the success of existing products, and ensuring strong alignment between the Business Group and regional markets. You will oversee category management and regional marketing execution activities to drive financial growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, collaborative skills, and hands-on execution to deliver impactful business outcomes.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, marketing, sales, finance, and external media agencies, to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies.
Category Management:
- Act as the connection point between the Business Group and regional markets to align on priorities, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Monitor the financial performance of the category, providing insights for performance improvements and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with regional teams to analyze sales forecasts, assess market trends, and recommend data-driven actions for growth.
- Partner with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team to align category forecast and inventory strategies with business goals.
- Plan the next Fiscal Year commercial strategy and regional target as part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Product Launches (NPIs):
- Lead the end-to-end commercial process of New Product Introductions (NPIs), coordinating cross-functional teams to meet timelines and launch milestones.
- Develop clear plans for bringing global products to regional markets, tailoring strategies as needed with regional teams to maximize local relevance and impact.
- Partner with media agencies and marketing teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with product goals and consumer preferences.
- Manage central marketing execution budgets collaboratively, driving efficient allocation across markets and campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns and NPI performance, continuously optimizing for effectiveness, ROI and business objectives.
Stakeholder Management & Alignment:
- Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, Product Development, Sales) and external stakeholders (e.g., media agencies, distributors).
- Provide regional teams with the tools, insights, and resources needed to execute plans effectively.
- Act as the voice of the regional markets within the Business Group, advocating for local needs while balancing global strategy.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in Go-to-Market Management: Proven ability to develop and implement successful GTM strategies for technology products in international markets.
- Marketing and Sales Expertise: Strong grasp of marketing frameworks, sales enablement, and channel development in a dynamic environment.
- Operational and Program Management: Proficiency in handling complex projects, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and managing operations between HQ and markets.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial assessment for product launches and sustain initiatives.
- Analytical Competence: Ability to evaluate data, identify market gaps, and develop solutions that drive market growth.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to articulate strategies, negotiate with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
- Presentation & Storytelling: Strong ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
