Compensation: $30.00-$32.00/Hour
Duration: 6 month contract to start

Our clients Human Resources team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented analyst to join our People Operations (POPs) team. In this role, you will support core HR operations including employee inquiries, employee lifecycle processes, HR communications, and overall workflow execution while delivering exceptional employee experience. You will also contribute to projects that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and HR technology in systems. As you grow your HR expertise, you will take on more complex work and partner with HR subject matter experts to improve processes and solve emerging challenges. RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Operations & Employee Support
- Employee/HR Client Inquiry Case Management: Respond to employee inquiries and HR client requests questions with accuracy, professionalism, and care. Use case management platforms to track inquiries and escalate when needed. Serve as an escalation point for complex inquiries and support with contributing to knowledge base articles and library content.
- Employee Lifecycle Operations: Handle onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes including background checks, documentation collection, Workday transactions, I-9 verification, and coordination with internal partners and external vendors.
- Employee Experience: Provide thoughtful, timely support and contribute to a positive experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle. Use inquiry trends and data to identify recurring themes and opportunities for improvement.
- Policy & Compliance: and follow PIMCO's HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent and accurate execution.
- HR Communications: Support the creation of clear, engaging employee communications such as training content, job aids, and other resources that help deliver consistent and effective HR messaging.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support projects that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency across HR.
Systems & Technology Enablement
- Gain hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Responsive, Articulate and other platforms.
- Support system updates, audits, testing, data accuracy checks, and other operational tasks.
- Contribute ideas that leverage technology to improve HR operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, customer service, communications, or employee lifecycle processes (internships included).
- Interest in learning HR systems and technology; curiosity about tools like Workday, ServiceNow, Canva, Articulate, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to support employees at all levels with professionalism and empathy.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to ask questions, and a desire to grow.
- Collaborative, proactive, and open to feedback; excited to learn and build an HR career.
