Product Manager

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The Product Manager will join the Ads Product Management team to lead critical platform capabilities across customer onboarding, billing, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation for a large-scale advertising ecosystem. You will own end-to-end product development, from problem definition through launch, translating complex regulatory, financial, and operational requirements into intuitive customer workflows and scalable platform services.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Define and drive product strategy for customer onboarding, billing, invoicing, and payments within a high-traffic advertising platform
• Design onboarding workflows that collect and validate tax, legal, and business entity information across multiple global jurisdictions
• Enable customers to configure payment methods and activate advertising campaigns post-onboarding
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to generate invoices and support global revenue collection and reconciliation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering stakeholders to align product capabilities with business and regulatory requirements
• Translate complex stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and detailed PRDs
• Prioritize features against existing roadmaps while balancing regulatory, operational, and customer experience needs
• Work closely with engineering teams to define API requirements, payload structures, and system behaviors
• Drive feature development from inception through launch, including testing, rollout strategy, and post-launch measurement
• Improve usability, reliability, and scalability of customer-facing financial workflows

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering products from concept to launch
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to synthesize diverse business needs into cohesive product solutions
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and influence roadmaps
  • Experience writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and translating requirements into feature specifications
• Technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineers, including understanding APIs and data payloads
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience in AdTech or advertising platforms
• Background in finance, billing, invoicing, or payments systems
• Experience with customer-facing products at scale
