Job Duties:

INSPYR Solutions, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to architect and drive the development of new features/enhancements for a suite of services

that business teams use.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

• Architect and drive the development of new features/enhancements for a suite of services that business teams use to manage contact options for customers contacting Apple for support

(i.e. AppleCare, Retail, Helpline, etc.).

• Lead the development efforts for a tool that is business critical.

• Solve design-level problems.

• Guide the development teams and participate in making engineering decisions.

• Prioritize development tasks for the team and bring things to cohesion to drive stories to completion.

• Keep the development team accountable for tasks they’ve committed to and raise risks to management when necessary.

This position has no direct reports and does not supervise the work of others.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, information technology, or any related IT or Engineering field of study, plus at least five (5)

years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a foreign degree equivalent.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:

1.Developing large-scale enterprise software systems (5 years)

2.Server-side development experience with Java

3.Developing robust RESTful web services

4.MongoDB for backend data storage

No Travel required. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S., which may require relocation at the end of each

long-term project. Hybrid work environment with work from home (WFH) benefit available on some days, depending on project requirements.
