ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
This Program Manager will support a cross-functional publishing and e-commerce initiatives within 1 team in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role is not deeply technical but requires the ability to connect work streams within a team regarding technical discussions into structured documentation, actionable plans, and standardized processes.
This individual will:
- Analyze large sets of data, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Drive tooling and systems impact initiatives, helping build and standardize internal management frameworks (Keynotes, decks, reporting templates) across teams.
- Bring strong analytical thinking to measure workflow efficiency within the broader e-commerce ecosystem (e.g., cycle times, task duration, handoffs).
- Partner within the publishing space to ensure accurate association of imagery and content across platforms.
- Translate technical conversations into clear notes, documentation, and structured summaries.
- Work within proprietary publishing tools (no prior tool-specific experience required).
- Establish rigor and measurement around processes by evaluating how long workflows take and optimizing execution across contributors.
- Promote standardization and scalable frameworks across teams.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Connect and align multiple workstreams across across multiple initiatives on one team.
- Support documentation, governance, and program oversight for initiatives across the team.
- Build and maintain program roadmaps spanning multiple contributors and timelines.
- Identify process improvements and share best practices/templates across teams to drive operational efficiency.
- Facilitate visibility into progress, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
- Create scalable documentation and standardized templates to elevate team performance.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (Top 3 Must-Have Skills)
- 3–5 years of Program Management experience overseeing cross-functional initiatives.
- Prior experience within e-commerce or digital consumer platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel for analysis and reporting; Keynote/PowerPoint for executive presentations).
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working with publishing tools (proprietary system experience not required).
- Prior experience supporting Apple or working within Apple’s ecosystem.
