Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Summary:
Someone who either has some Oracle DB architecture experience or is looking at gaining some.

The ideal candidate would need to be good (5+ years exp.) at building and/or reverse engineering Oracle stored procedures & packages. They'd also need some experience in building DB architecture (Tables, Views, primary & foreign keys, indexes, etc.). Additionally, the candidate cannot maintain any dual citizenships (for clearance purposes).

Nice to have:

• Oracle Architecture
• XML (specifically parsing XML e.g. XMLQuery/XMLTable from Clobs)
• Travel Management
• Existing DoD clearance (or can obtain one)
• Java
• JSON RESTful services
