Role Overview:
Organizational Change Management Lead

The Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for driving the human adoption required to make a Service-Aware transformation successful. This role ensures that new operating models, governance rules, and service ownership constructs are embraced, sustained, and enforced across the enterprise.
Unlike traditional OCM roles focused solely on communications and training, this role combines change leadership with delivery ownership. The OCM Lead ensures cultural adoption progresses in lockstep with technical execution.

Strategic Purpose
The OCM Lead operates at the intersection of people, process, and delivery discipline. This role ensures that Service-Aware concepts move from design into daily behavior.
By aligning adoption milestones with technical delivery and enforcing accountability, the OCM Lead prevents transformation failure due to cultural drag or misaligned incentives.

  • Maintain alignment across architecture, development, and data teams

Reporting, Metrics & Risk Management

  • Establish KPIs for adoption, service ownership, and training effectiveness
  • Provide executive-level status reporting
  • Maintain RAID logs to prevent adoption risks from becoming delivery blockers

Required Qualifications
