Project Analyst (AI Focus)

Overview:
We're seeking a Project Analyst with a strong focus on AI to support the Fleet Organization under the Director of Technical Projects. This role will focus on building and deploying AI agents within a Microsoft enterprise environment, leveraging internal data to drive automation and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., SharePoint)
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using internal data sources
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Support integration of AI solutions into existing workflows and systems
• Document solutions and provide recommendations for future enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building AI agents or AI-driven automation tools
• Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks
• Experience working within Microsoft enterprise environments (e.g., SharePoint, Azure)
• Ability to work with internal data sources securely and effectively
• Strong communication and project coordination skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps
• Background in extending AI solutions or supporting post-deployment enhancements
