Location: Vienna VA, Pensacola FL – HYBRID
Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders
IT OPERATOR
Operator must have strong process management skills/ general knowledge of routers, switches, network connections/moogsoft monitoring, alert system or equivalent systems/vendor relation and portal ticketing access knowledge/teams/service now/strong written and analytical skills
Hybrid – HDQ (Vienna, VA or GPO (Pensacola, FL)
Experience Level 1 – 1-5 years of experience
24×7 work, open to any shifts, we work 2×12/off/off/3×12/off/off/2×12/off/off/off.
